Classical 1960’s beach house with a modern touch.
Only 800m to Sorrento’s famous boutique shopping strip and only a 10 minute walk to either front bay beach or back surf beach.
Consists of 3 spacious bedrooms two with Queen Beds and the third with a single bed and bunk single beds.
The bathroom has a separate shower with a full size bath, and a separate toilet.
The lounge, kitchen, dining is all open plan with the kitchen fully renovated with all stainless steel appliances.
There is a great undercover decked area with a Hooded BBQ for entertaining overlooking huge rear garden that is completely secured with a high boundary fence and lockable gate to keep the kids safe.
We have a fantastic play area for the kids with a swing set including a slide and a trampoline. You can relax on the deck while the kids are entertained for hours.
